Product information "Schimmel K 280 Tradition"
The K 280 Tradition is Schimmel's flagship concert grand piano. According to the French music magazine Le Monde de la Musique, "the whole action is particularly pleasant and balanced, with the dynamics needed for great virtuoso passages" and "shows the instrument's capabilities for the great moments of the Romantic repertoire".
This 280 cm (9'2") instrument embodies Schimmel's Konzert design concept, which transfers the characteristics of the concert grand - including soundboard scaling and action - to the whole series.
Environmental protection and sustainability have been part of Schimmel's corporate philosophy since its founding in 1885.
