The W 180 Tradition represents "simple elegance and European musical tradition". This grand piano combines "a musical experience for all the senses" with an outstanding price-to-value ratio. The design, originally developed by Arno Wilhelm Schimmel in the 1930s, aimed to offer the "sound volume of large-scale instruments" in a more graceful form.
Environmental protection and sustainability have been part of Schimmel's corporate philosophy since its founding in 1885.
